Edyta started her coaching career in 2002 becoming the second in Poland ICF certified coach in February 2006. She combines her leadership experience from 11 years of corporate career in management roles for Unilever, PepsiCola International and Johnson&Johnson, with 17 years of executive coaching. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, team effectiveness and conflict management. In her coaching work she skilfully blends tools and methods from various schools (CoachU, CTI, NLP) to help her clients reach their potential in the most effective way. Her clients appreciate her ability to quickly adapt to various company cultures, her relentless desire to identify the most critical factors needed for triggering successful change in leadership style and her approach to skilfully bringing teams to the next level of operating, particularly during the times of vast changes.
In her work she uses a variety of individual and team diagnostic tools helping her clients to discover unseen potential. For the past 6 years she has been developing coaches and preparing them to work successfully with groups/teams. She has been also invited to deliver in-company presentations and workshops on challenges of multi-cultural working environments and future trends in labor markets. She is a big fan of strategic games and business simulations which reflect the need for a systemic approach in the organizations and teach benefits and methods of working in self-managed and agile teams.
